REVIEW YOUR WORK HISTORY REPORT CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING

OP&F may reject non-compliant Work History Reports. The rejection of your report could result in penalties, so it’s very important to submit it correctly the first time. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your Work History Report please contact your assigned Employer Services Specialist.

  • Before submitting your Work History Report to OP&F, please be sure to review the work report entry screen, and be aware of any yellow triangles that indicate potential errors.
  • While in the work report entry screen you may also edit your report and add comments to the description column. Be sure to save your work prior to submitting.
  • If you have any special payments that you are unsure will be accepted, please contact your assigned Employer Services Specialist in advance for assistance.
  • Also, it is important to let OP&F know in advance if there is a pick-up contribution change, or a pay cycle change.
  • EMPLOYER SELF-SERVE UPGRADE

    The upgrade implemented last month no longer provides a total of the member and employer contributions due to OP&F, so it is important that you verify your member and employer totals prior to submitting your payment.
