UPCOMING CHANGES TO EMPLOYER SELF-SERVE

Soon employers will notice some changes when logging into Employer Self-Serve Web on the OP&F website. The goal of these changes are to make the experience more user friendly, as well as, modernize language within the portal. For the most part, the process to submit monthly reports and payments will remain the same but some features and the looks of the screens will change. Along with these improvements, employers will notice the following enhancements:

  • The Summary of Payment Remittance Information form has been renamed to Employer Payment Remittance.
  • The Report of Retirement Deductions form has been renamed to Work History Report.
  • Streamlined menu options were added on the Employers page of the OP&F website.
  • A revised Employer Manual will be available soon.
  • OP&F is committed to keeping employers updated on these changes. As these updates are implemented, employers will receive email communication through the Employer Connection news feed.
