PUSH TO PAPERLESS CAMPAIGN A SUCCESS

OP&F would like to take the opportunity to thank employers for their efforts in making the Push To Paperless campaign a huge success. As of today, 99 percent of our employers are submitting their reporting electronically within Employer Self-Serve Web. These efforts, and in particular your efforts, have allowed OP&F to further streamline our internal processes and improve efficiency across departments. OP&F is grateful to our employers for supporting this campaign.

We want to encourage employers who are new to using Employer Self-Serve Web (ESS) or who need a refresher on using ESS to take advantage of training provided by OP&F. Whether you are an employer using the Employer Self-Serve import method or the Employer Self-Serve manual entry method to submit your monthly reporting, OP&F encourages employers to take advantage of training available through Employer Education. It is imperative that all employers submit their monthly reports and payments electronically by the due dates to ensure members receive proper service credit by month each month and their accounts are current.

In tandem with the Push to Paperless campaign, some changes were made to the employer section of the OP&F website. Some links were moved or consolidated for easier navigation to Employer Self-Serve and to easily find information, documents and forms.
