FORMS RENAMED, UPDATED EMPLOYER MANUAL POSTED

Along with the recent updates to Employer Self-Serve Web, employers will notice some changes when visiting the Employer section on the OP&F website. Listed below are some important items to be aware of:

  • The Summary of Payment Remittance Information form has been renamed to Employer Payment Remittance.
  • The Report of Retirement Deductions form has been renamed to Work History Report.
  • Employer FAQs have been updated, covering topics as Employer Self-Serve, ACH/Electronic Reporting and New Hires.
  • The Employer Manual has been revised and condensed.
  • OP&F is committed to keeping employers updated on these changes. As future updates are implemented, employers will receive email communication through the Employer Connection news feed.
