The private and confidential information contained herein is intended only for the individual(s) or entity which was issued a secure password and instructed by OP&F to utilize this site. Unauthorized attempts to access, use or distribute the information obtained from this site for other than the intended purpose is prohibited, and may be a violation of Ohio and/or federal law. OP&F will aggressively pursue its legal remedies against any individual or entity who misuses, distributes or disseminates confidential and/or statutorily protected information obtained from this site.
