Due to scheduled maintenance, OP&F Member Self-Serve (MSS) and Employer Self-Serve (ESS) will be unavailable Sunday morning, December 7th from 7:30am to approximately 5:00pm.
The issues that disrupted service to the Alight Retiree Health Solutions phone service appears to be resolved as of Tuesday, Oct. 21. On Monday Oct. 20, OP&F became aware that there was a disruption and longer wait times for an appointments at Alight. This was due to the outage of Amazon Web Services which affected many companies in the U.S. and Europe. We appreciate your patience and assure you any missed appointments will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
