OP&F RECEIVES RECOGNITION FROM PENSION COUNCIL, FINANCE ASSOCIATION
The Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) has been recognized for professional
standards and reporting with three awards. The Public Pension Coordinating
Council recognized OP&F with its administration award for 2016. The award
signifies that OP&F meets professional standards for plan administration as
established for public pension standards. OP&F has also earned awards
from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). The Outstanding
Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting was received in November for
the production of the 2015 annual report. The GFOA also presented OP&F with its
annual Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the fiscal year 2016 budget.
